Attorney Roberts of Chicago spent the Thanksgiving weekend at the home of his
mother, Mrs. Dorothy Roberts. He has been employed as law clerk for the Federal
District Court of Illinois for the past six months.
Mr. and Mrs. Henry Anderson joined Mr. and Mrs. Harry Webber of Stanley and
spent Thanksgiving Day in Chippewa Falls at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Dennis
Webber.
Home for Thanksgiving at the J.R. Barager home were their family, Jack, a
student at Madison, Barbara of Madison, and Jean of Green Bay. They were joined
by Mrs. John Salo and son John of California.
Mr. and Mrs. Roy Ammentorp of Milwaukee visited at the homes of their parents,
Mrs. Caroline Ammentorp of Withee, Eva Hansen, Owen, and the Dorothy Roberts
home, returning home on Sunday.
Mrs. John Salo and son John of El Segundo, California arrived in Wisconsin on
Tuesday and spent an overnight visit at the C.M. Wood home in Eau Claire, before
continuing on to Owen for a few days visit. On Friday, Mrs. Salo continued on to
Tomah to visit at the Veteran's Hospital, and John flew out of Minneapolis for
his home in California.
