"Tattered Battalions," was the title of the Commencement Address delivered by to
the summer and Fall graduates of UW, River Falls on November 12, 1972 by Dr.
Walker D. Wyman.
There were 275 graduates in the two classes, and of them, 61 received Master's
degrees.
Among those granted degrees was Dan Hynes, son of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Hynes,
route 2, Withee (Clark Co., Wis.), who received the Bachelor of Science in
secondary education, with a major in biology and a minor in mathematics.
