Murphy, Lucille (2 January 1904 – 20 March 1975)
Funeral services were held March 24 from Georgas-Gesche Funeral Home for Mrs.
Frank (Lucille) Murphy, 71, of Neillsville, who died March 20. The Rev. Eugene
S. Antrim of Greenwood officiated, and interment followed in the Neillsville
City Cemetery.
Pallbearers were LeRoy Johnson, Gary Johnson, Charles Johnson, Ronald Ormond,
Richard Murphy and Larry Murphy.
“In the Garden” and “Beyond the Sunset” were sung by Mrs. Betty Schultz. Mrs.
Gary Schultz was the accompanist.
Among those attending the services were the following from out of town: Mr. and
Mrs. Ralph Macknick, Belleville; Mrs. Lloyd Macknick and Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd
Macknick, Jr., Stevens Point; Mr. and Mrs. Eddie McGover, Fairchild; Mr. and
Mrs. Lee Hanutke, City Point; and Robert Potter, Loyal, in addition to several
from Greenwood and the surrounding area.
