John Boardman of 307 Elm Street, Thorp (Clark Co., Wis.), received the Evan and
Marian Helfaer Award at the University of Wisconsin Medical School Award
Convocation in Madison on Friday, April 30, 1971.
This year 71 students received awards, which are present annually to students
who have achieved academic excellence during medical school. Dr. Otto Mortensen,
professor of anatomy and chairman of the awards committee, present the awards to
the students.
