Theodore J. “Theo” den Otter, 71, of Athens, passed away peacefully at his home, surrounded by his family, on Sunday, Aug. 12, 2018.

A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, Aug. 20, 2018, at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church in Athens, with the Rev. George Graham presiding. Burial will take place at a later date.

Visitation will be held at the church on Monday from 10 a.m. until the time of service.

Cuddie Funeral Home of Loyal is assisting the family with arrangements.
