Hack, Jeanette “Jenny” Geralyn (Neuens) (20 FEB 1969 - 15 AUG 2018)
Jeanette “Jenny” Geralyn Hack, 49, of Marathon, passed away on Wednesday, August
15, 2018, at St. Clare’s Hospital, surrounded by her loving family.
She was born February 20, 1969, to her loving parents John (Jack) and Mary Ann
Neuens, of
Wausau. Jenny grew up in Edgar, and eventually met the love of her life, Michael
“Mike” Hack. The two exchanged vows on March 23, 1991 in Edgar.
Jenny was an amazing wife, daughter, sister, mother, aunt, and friend. Jenny’s
biggest goals in life were to be a wife and mother, at which she excelled. Jenny
enjoyed taking vacations to Alabama with her sister, getting her nails done,
reading, and spending time with her kids and family. She has also always enjoyed
cheering on the Green Bay Packers.
Jenny will be sadly missed by her husband, Mike Hack, her daughters, Jessica and
Mindy Hack, her parents, Jack and Mary Ann Neuens, her mother-in-law, Marilyn
Hack, her brothers and sisters, Barbara (Tim) James, Dan (Christine) Neuens,
Michelle (Tim) Dahlke, Sarah (Dave) Stenberg, Angie (Thad) Jones, Jon (Sarah)
Neuens, sister-in-law, Karen (Dan) Swenson, nieces and nephews, Zachary,
Alexandra, David, Ashley, Nathanial, Kaytlyn, Isaac, Cameron, Devin, Stevie,
Roscoe, Cynthia, and Ben, her beloved dog Shandi, and many good friends.
She was preceded in death by both her maternal, and paternal grandparents, along
with her father-in-law, Louis.
The family would like to thank all the nurses, doctors, and staff at St. Clare’s
Hospital who took
such excellent care of her throughout her stay.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated 11:00 a.m. Monday, August 20, 2018 at St. Mary
Catholic Church, Marathon. Rev. Msgr. Joseph Diermeier will preside. Burial will
take place at St. Mary Cemetery, Marathon. Visitation will be Sunday from 4:00
p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home, Marathon and again on
Monday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of services at St. Mary Catholic Church,
Marathon.
