Reynolds, Jim (25 JUN 1934 - 2018?)
Jim Reynolds was born on June 25, 1934, in Sheldon, to D. Ray and Martha A. (Umback)
Reynolds.
He graduated from Tony High School and later from Rice Lake Technical School in
drafting. He worked for Varco-Pruden in Evansville and Nelson Muffler in
Stoughton. He retired from the Army National Guard. He married Myra (Dixon)
Reynolds, and they later divorced. He married Yvonne Jones, and she preceded him
in death.
Jim is survived by his four children, Steve (Linda), children Justin (Rebecca),
Levi (Kathryn), Meghan (Scott) Brester; Kathy (Kurt) Hoffman, children Eric
(Cindy), Leah, Joel; Karol (Jeff Ness) Knapp, children Allison (Josh) Lucka,
Ben; Allen (Penny), children Michael Kane, Jake (Leanna), Brianna. Stepsons
Chris and Dennis Jones. Sisters, Ida May van Doorn and Lois Byatt, and brother
Don Jordan, along with 14 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
He was also preceded in death by his parents; his sister, Christine Staley and
his brothers, Leonard Hanold, Dennis Reynolds and Dean Reynolds.
There will be private graveside services at a later date at Woodlawn Cemetery in
Sheldon.
