Rosalyn Gay, 17, of Owen (Clark Co., Wis.), was elected attorney general at
Badger Girls State in Madison last week.
Rosalyn was inaugurated last week with a full slate of state officers, and her
parents. Attorney and Mrs. Gay drove to Madison from Owen to attend the
ceremonies.
At Badger Girls State she designed the cover for the inauguration program.
