Meyer, Robert "Bobby" W. Jr. (27 MAR 1960 - 13 AUG 2018)
Robert "Bobby" W. Meyer Jr., was born on March 27, 1960, in Muleshoe, Texas, to
Bob and Doris Meyer. He passed away on Monday, Aug. 13, 2018 in Tampa, Fla. at
58 years of age.
Bobby was a husband, father, son, brother, uncle and friend. To know him was to
love him. He didn't know a stranger. He was always very hard working. If you
ever worked with him you know his words, "I'm on it"! He was also very dedicated
to his family and loved his wife and children like none other. He will be
greatly missed.
Bobby is survived by his wife, Laura; his sons, Benjamin, José and Steven; his
daughter, Stephanie; his father, Bob Meyer of Bruce; his sisters, Lorie Emerson,
Sharon Meyer (James Breen), Bev (Mel) Keating, Barb Meyer and Tina (Evan) Jones;
his brothers-in-law, José (Maria) Guadalupe, Jorge (Rosario) Gonzalez, Gilberto
(Josefina) Gonzalez, Daniel Gonzalez and Carlos (Patricia) Gonzalez; his
sisters-in-law, Dora (Rodrigo) Saenz, Clemencia (Antonio) Castro and Celia
(Pedro) Camacho; his best friend/honorary brother, Doug (Mary Jo) Pearson and
Chris and seven grandchildren. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews
and too many friends to mention.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Doris Meyer; father-in-law, José
Gonzalez-Bravo; his mother-in-law, Maria Gonzalez; sister-in-law, Paulette
Gonzalez; nephew, John Emerson and niece, Samantha Koskie.
A memorial service will be held from 6-9 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 7 at Ames Lake
Apartments Community Center, 1144 Barclay Street, St. Paul, Minn.
