Jankoski, Mrs. Anthony (11 OCT 1895 – 21 AUG 1971)
Mrs. Anthony Jankowski, 75, route 7, Chippewa Falls, died Saturday evening at
St. Joseph's Hospital, Chippewa Falls.
She was born October 11, 1895, in the Town of Edson (Chippewa Co., Wis.), and
was reared in the Stanley area. On April 22, 1921 she was married to Anthony M.
Jankoski at St. Mary's Church in Stanley. They moved to St. Paul in 1922 and
lived there until 1944, when they moved to Stanley. In 1947 they moved to the
Chippewa Falls area, where they have since resided.
Survivors include her husband; one son, Richard, Chippewa Falls; two brothers,
Ben, Mountain Home, Arkansas, and Harry, Seaport, Maine; and one sister, Mrs.
Adolph Mauel, Thorp.
Funeral services were at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Holy Family North Catholic Church
in Stanley, with Reverend Donald Berg officiating. Burial was in St. Mary's
Cemetery.
