A large barn on the Frank Konieczny farm was destroyed by fire early Friday
morning. The Fire Department was called out at 12:45 a.m. Friday to the
Konieczny farm, 5 miles east and 3 1/2 miles north of Thorp (Clark Co., Wis.).
The fire, of unknown origin also destroyed some machinery, as well as the barn,
which was full of hay.
