Broeren, Henry A. (9 APR 1910 – 13 NOV 1971)
Tiskilwa, Illinois – Henry A. Broeren, 61, of Tiskilwa, Illinois, died Saturday,
November 13, 1971 at his home.
He was born in Thorp (Clark Co., Wis.) April 9,, 1910, the son of Theodore and
Mary (Van Able) Broeren. He married Inez Cook in Thorp.
Mr. Broeren went to Illinois in 1937, where he was employed as a carpenter.
Surviving are his wife; two sons, Wayne of Champaign and Quentin of Rapid City,
South Dakota; six grandchildren; four brothers; three sisters, nieces and
nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers.
Funeral services were held at St. Mary's Catholic Church at 10 a.m. Monday, with
Reverend Casimir Ruibys officiating.
The Hughes Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements, and the Rosary was
recited Sunday at 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Interment was in St. Mary's Cemetery, Tiskilwa.
