White, Charles M. (Military - 1975)
Navy boiler technician, third class Charles M. White, son of Mrs. Larry L. White
of Rt. 2 Granton, participated in “RIMPAC-75”, a multi-nation naval operational
readiness training exercise near the Hawaiian Islands.
As a crewmember of guided missile frigate USS Jouett, homeported at San Diego,
he took part in eleven days of maneuvers involving 31 ships, 200 aircraft and
17,000 men from the U. S., Australia, Canada and New Zealand.
