Burzynski, Frank (19 DEC 1884 – 5 FEB 1972)
Frank Burzynski, 87, passed away at his home of a heart attack on Saturday,
February 5, 1972. Mr. Burzynski, a retired farmer, was born December 19, 1884 at
Green Bay, Wisconsin. He was also well known for his masonry work in this area.
On October 13, 1908, at Green Bay, he was united in marriage to Frances
Wypyzinski, who preceded him in death on October 8, 1956.
Funeral services were conducted at St. Hedwig's Chapel on Wednesday, February
9th. Father Will Grelle officiated at the 10:30 a.m. service, with interment
being made in the parish cemetery.
Pallbearers were grandsons: John Bonczyk Jr. of Glen Ellyn, Illinois, Bernard
Burzynski Jr., Thorp, Donald Pawlak, Ocean Side California, Gary Burzynski,
Roselle, Illinois, Robert Burzynski, Thorp, and John Szczgiel of Bensenville,
Illinois.
Surviving are seven sons, John of Village Park, Illinois, Bernard of Withee,
Peter of Thorp, George of Roselle, Illinois, Harry of Chicago, Richard of
Minneapolis, Leonard of Westmond, Illinois; five daughters, (Helen) Mrs. Walter
Romag of Prairie View, Illinois, (Louise) Mrs. John Bonczyk of Longwood,
(Margaret) Mrs. Felix Zasacki of Thorp, (Frances) Mrs. Ben Pawlak of Thorp,
Delores) Mrs. John Szczgiel of Bensenville, Illinois; one brother, John
Burzynski of Stanley; one sister, Pauline Navarre of Thorp; 30 grandchildren; 38
great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
