The marriage of Anita Jean Uhlig to John Meyer Jr. is being announced by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. William H. Uhlig of rural Colby.

The couple was married at Milwaukee July 8, 1969.

The groom's parents are Mr. and Mrs. John Meyer Sr. of Milwaukee.

Attendants for the couple at their marriage were the bride's sister, Mrs. Marie Bussert of Brookfield, and a brother of the groom, John Meyer of West Allis.

The young couple, now living in West Allis, spent several days in the Wisconsin Dells and Cave of the Mounds area. They visited this past weekend at the home of her parents.
