The 23rd Annual reunion of the Kuester family, and also celebration of Peter Kuester's birthday, took place Sunday, July 20, 1969.

The group attended services at 11 a.m. at St. John's Lutheran Church in Riplinger (Clark Co., Wis.), after which pictures were taken and dinner served.

In the afternoon bingo was played, as well as volleyball and card playing. The activities were concluded with a supper, refreshments and the showing of slides of the Holy Land by Rev. Immanuel H. Kuester. Also viewed was the landing on the moon on TV.

Those present included Mr. and Mrs. Reuben Rex, Riplinger, Wilbert Kuester, Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Kuester and Carolyn of Unity. Mr. and Mrs. Dennis Weiler and Deanna, Mr. and Mrs. Helmuth Kuester and Karen Rose, Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Kuester and Diane and Pamela, Mr. and Mrs. Dennis Kuester, Mr. and Mrs. Edgar Kuester, Mr. and Mrs. Otto Kuester and Linda Lee of Milwaukee, Mr. and Mrs. Arnold Kuester, Lynette, Charles and Jeanna, Olin, Iowa, Rev. and Mrs. Immanuel Kuester and David and Peter of Oshkosh, Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Blasel and Donald, Dale, and Duane, Medford.

Unable to be present were Mr. and Mrs. Orville Rex, Christine and Daniel, Brookfield, Mr. and Harvey Neitzel and Sue Ann, Mr. and Mrs. Victor Kuester, Warren and Steven, Milwaukee, and Mr. and Mrs. Jack Kuester.
