SP/4 David Gasch, son of Mr. and Mrs. Walter Gasch, returned recently from 24
months duty in Thailand. He has been reassigned to Fort Carlson Colorado.
During his tour in Thailand, he serve 12 months with the 596th 2 M Company (PD),
and then extended his tour for another 12 months with H.H.C. 9th Logistical
Command unit at Saman San Army Base.
He completed a 20 day leave at home, and visited friends and relatives at
Carmichael, California, Portland, Oregon, and Wabasha, Minnesota.
David left September 4, 1969 for Ft. Carson.
