Mrs. Gustave Carlson entertained the pinochle club at her home on Wednesday
afternoon, September 17. Prize winners were Mrs. Augusta Miller, Mrs. George
Miller Sr., and Mrs. Alma Edblom.
Bernard Ellenbecker is a patient at the Veterans Hospital, Minneapolis, where he
had eye surgery on Friday.
Mr. and Mrs. James Mews and sons, Milwaukee, were weekend visitors at the home
of Mr. and Mrs. Antone Korntved. Mrs. Joseph Breuer, Chicago, who had spent the
past week here, returned to Milwaukee with them.
Mr. and Mrs. William Horner, Wendy and Jason, Milwaukee, were weekend visitors
at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Lynn.
Mrs. Dale Aderhold and children, Chetek, returned to the Donald Korntved home
Monday, after spending several days at her home. She has been here due to the
hospitalization of her father, Donald Korntved.
Friday visitors at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Herman Francen were Mr. and Mrs. Tom
Wanish of Catawba.
