Larry Westburg, route 2, Colby (Clark Co., Wis.), is one of 33 students from
Wisconsin State University, Superior named to "Who's Who in American
Universities and Colleges."
To be eligible, a student must be a junior with at least a 2.5 grade point
average (out of a possible 4). He must plan to receive his degree in 1970.
Students are chosen for the honor in extra-curricular activities. A
student-faculty committee votes on the basis of GPA and participation , and
those selected are referred to the national organization for final acceptance.
Each member received a certificate of recognition, and his name is published in
the Who's Who annual publication.. He is also eligible to use the organization's
placement service.
