Bender, Linda Lou (Moh) (20 MAR 1950 - 28 OCT 2018)
Linda Lou (Moh) Bender, 68, greeted her Lord and Savior and reunited with her
parents on Sunday, October 28, 2018.
She was born on March 20, 1950 to Lucien and Evelyn (Doehr) Moh. Linda has two
surviving sisters, Sally (Tim) Wright of Petrolia, Ontario and Mitzi Moh of
Marshfield. Linda went to parochial school in Granton and graduated from Granton
High School in 1968.
She leaves behind her husband of 47 years, Dale and three children Debra Bender,
Patty (Jeremiah) Lubahn, and Brian (Elizabeth) Bender.
Linda loved spending time with her 6 grandchildren, Scarlett, Ariella, Samuel,
and Jacob Lubahn and Alexis and Ruby Bender. She enjoyed visiting shut-ins and
singing in the church choir. It was common to find a book in her hand. Linda was
known for never missing a birthday and always writing handwritten letters. She
loved camping, fishing, and spending time outdoors. Linda was a loving wife,
great mom, and a fun-loving, memory making grandmother. She will be missed by
many.
Funeral services for Linda will take place 11:00 AM on Saturday, November 3,
2018 at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, with Pastor Steve Rutter officiating. Burial
will follow at a later date. Visitation will take place on Saturday, November 3,
2018 at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church from 10:00 AM until the time of service at
11:00 AM.
Memorial donation in Linda’s name may be given to the St. Paul’s Lutheran Church
Choir.
