September 25, 2018, at Aspirus Hospital-Medford.
Noble weighed 8 pounds, 3 ounces and measured 21.5 inches at birth. She joins
siblings Everly and Mariah.
Grandparents are Red and Lisa Higgins, Medford; Luanne Fliehs, Medford; Mark and
Kate Schaff, Mineral Point.
Great-grandparents are Dick and Irene Higgins, Medford; Ralph and Jean Schaaf,
Mineral Point; Eva Fliehs, Rib Lake.
