The Lutheran Laymen’s League Zone meeting was held at Seigel Sunday evening with guest speaker Arthur R. Kurtz, Assistant Secretary of the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture. Members of Zion Congregation were the Rev. Everett Schleef, Ray Foemmel, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Schlinsog, Mrs. Warren Sternitzky, Mr. and Mrs. Otto Hasz, Mr. and Mrs. Ed Wegner, Mr. and Mrs. Albert Hasz, Ed Kalsow, and Mr. and Mrs. Otto Sternitzky.

Mr. and Mrs. Victor Trimberger, Albuquerque, New Mexico, are visiting relatives and friends in this area. They were guests at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Richard Hillert on Thursday. Other evening guests were Mr. and Mrs. Walter Trimberger, Neillsville, and Mr. and Mrs. Hugo Trimberger, who all helped celebrate the 56th wedding anniversary of Mr. and Mrs. Hillert.

Saturday dinner and supper guests at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Hugo Trimberger were Mr. and Mrs. Victor Trimberger, Albuquerque, New Mexico, Miss Elaine Trimberger, Menasha, and the Rev. and Mrs. Dale Trimberger and family of Marshfield.

Mrs. William Buddinger, R. 1, Granton, was released from Memorial Hospital, Neillsville on Friday. Other patients, Carl Harlin and Mrs. Edward Garbisch are reported doing well.

Leslie Lewis is a patient at St. Joseph’s Hospital, Marshfield.
