Boe, Henry (16 JUN 1887 – 16 JUN 1974)
Henry Boe, 87, 314 1st Street, Loyal (Clark Co.), Wisconsin, died at 12:50 p.m.
Sunday, June 16, 1974, at St. Joseph’s Hospital, Marshfield.
The funeral was held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the United Methodist Church, with
Rev. F. Raymond Fleming officiating. Burial was made in the Loyal Cemetery.
Rinka Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
Mr. Boe was born June 16, 1887 at Spooner, Wisconsin. He married the former
Ethel Castner, who preceded him in death in 1943. In October of 1946 he married
the former Rose Brussow in Montana. He served in the U.S. Army from 1917 – 1919,
worked as a painter and decorator in this area all of his life, until his
retirement. He was a World War I Veteran and a life member of the American
Legion.
Survivors include his wife, Rose; two daughters, Mrs. (Lillian) Lennert
Abrahamson, Waldorf, Maryland; Mrs. Charles (Beverly) Arnold, Valley Forge,
Pennsylvania; one step-son, Steven Brussow, Loyal; one sister, Mrs. Anna Dahl,
Plentywood, Montana; 9 grandchildren, and 6 great-grandchildren.
Two brothers and two sisters preceded him in death.
