Lashly, Cindy Sue (3 AUG 1974)
Miss Cindy Sue Lashly, Loyal (Clark Co., Wis.), daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Adam
Nichols, and Carl Everett Gehrt, R. 2, Loyal, were united in marriage at 2:00
p.m. on Saturday, August 3, 1974. The Rev. Gene Carlson officiated at the
ceremony, which was held at the United Methodist Church of Loyal.
Miss Connie Smith was soloist and Mrs. Julie Feldt was organist.
The bride was given in marriage by her father, and was seen in a white organza
over taffeta gown with lace trim. Her flowers were lilac roses, and her veil was
net with ribbon headpiece.
Miss Cheryl Delo, Loyal, was maid of honor, with Miss Lily Fetty, Miss Candy
Sloth, and Miss Mary Kay Furman as bridesmaids. They wore checkered gingham
gowns with flowers to match the color of their dresses.
Robbin Nichols was flower girl.
Mr. Mike Sheets, Loyal, was best man, with groomsmen being Dick Schecklman, Glen
Hardrath, Arlyn Luchterhand of Loyal.
John Edwards and Randy Furman were ushers.
A reception and dinner were held at the United Methodist Church of Loyal.
The bride attends Loyal High School.
Her husband graduated in 1973 from Loyal High School, and is employed at
Greenwood Milk Products Co-op.
They will be at home at Mapleway Terrace, Loyal.
