Volovsek, Beverly Ann (10 AUG 1974)
Miss Beverly Ann Volovsek and Mr. James Joseph Niehaus were united in marriage
at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, August 10, 1974, at Holy Family Parish, Willard (Clark
Co., Wis.).
Parents of the couple are Mr. and Mrs. Frank Volovsek, R. 1, Willard, and Mr.
and Mrs. Willard Niehaus, Marshfield, Wisconsin.
Music was arranged by Sue Volovsek and Patrice Pakiz.
The bride was seen in a chiffon and satin gown with lace ruffles at neck,
shoulder and bottom of full skirt and train. Her flowers were white and colored
daisies and yellow roses.
The maid of honor was Linda Volovsek, with bridesmaids being Miss Patricia
Smith, Miss Mary Ellen Bayuk, Mrs. Ross (Rita) Farbo, and Michelle Volovsek, the
flower girl. They were seen in yellow voile gowns with white flocked flowers and
carried a crescent bouquet of pink, yellow and blue daisies.
Mr. Ed Smrecek was best man, with groomsmen being Tom Knudsen, Paul Niehaus, and
Rick Wilson. Performing ushering duties were Ron Volovsek, Steve Niehaus and Tom
Niehaus.
A reception was held from 2:00 to 8:00 at the home of the bride's parents.
A dance was held at the Silver Done Ballroom, Neillsville.
The new Mrs. Niehaus attended Greenwood High School and the UW, La Crosse, and
is an art teacher at the Hortonville Community Schools. Her husband is a
graduate of Columbus High School, Marshfield, and is a senior at the UW,
Oshkosh, majoring in Retail Management and Marketing.
They will make their home in Oshkosh.
