Haskins, Lucas Allen (12 July 1990 – 26 November 2018)
Lucas Haskins, age 28, of Neillsville, formerly of Alma Center, died Monday,
November 26, 2018 peacefully at his home.
Lucas Allen Haskins was born July 12, 1990 in La Crosse, the son of Duane and
Patricia (Veasey) Haskins. He grew up and was home-schooled in Alma Center. He
worked various jobs in Jackson and Clark Counties.
His hobbies long-distance hiking, rock and agate hunting, cabochon carving, rock
polishing for jewelry, silversmithing, ice cream making, candle making, cooking,
gardening, photography, gaming, home renovating and his newest hobby, app
designing. His favorite place was the coast of Lake Superior.
He was preceded in death by his twin brother, Wade A. Haskins, sister, Anna
Millard, brother-in-law, Norman Jay Millard, nephew, Marshall C. Sims and all
maternal and paternal grandparents.
He is survived by his mother, Patricia Haskins, father, Duane Haskins, brother,
A.J. Sims, sister, Sarah (Shannon) Fuerstenberg, brother, Dylan (Tamara) Green
and many nieces, nephews, cousins’ aunts and uncles.
A Memorial Visitation time for family to greet relatives and friends will be
held from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., Thursday, December 6, 2018 at the Gesche
Funeral Home in Neillsville.
Interment will be in the Neillsville City Cemetery following the visitation.
No flowers are necessary.
