Scheel, Ralph Robert III #3 (6 May 1950 – 23 November 2018)

Ralph Robert Scheel III, age 68, (6 May 1950 – 23 November 2018).

Ralph R Scheel III, 68, of Granton passed away on November 23, 2018 at Care and Rehab in Neillsville.

Ralph Robert Scheel III was born on May 6, 1950 in the Town of Sherman to Ralph R Jr and Dorothy (Williams) Scheel. In 1960 after completing the 3rd grade at Loyal Public Schools. Ralph attended Happy Hollow of the Neillsville Public Schools through the 8th grade. He lived with Wiersig family of Colby and completed his freshman year at Colby High School. His next adventure was working at the Foundry down south after he quit high school. In 1970 he returned to Scheel’s Holstein Haven in the Town of York to farm with his father. His dream of his own farm was put into practice in the year of 1973 in Granton.

He is survived by six brothers, four sisters, nieces and nephews including a generation of great, other relatives and friends.

Ralph III was preceded in death by his parents, one brother, one sister and five nephews and one niece.

A visitation was held at Cuddie Funeral Home, in Loyal, on Saturday, December 1, 2018, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. There were no services held.

The family did thank the staff at Care and Rehab with a card and boxes of truffles.
