Klemme, Marie (5 OCT 1974)

Miss Marie Klemme, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ardelle Klemme, Stratford, and Robert Rueth, son of Mr. and Mrs. Eddie Rueth, R.R. 1, Loyal (Clark Co., Wis.), were married at 2 p.m. Saturday, October 5, 1974 at 2 p.m. at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Stratford. The Rev. Francis Wavra performed the nuptial mass.

The bride, who was given in marriage by her parents, was seen in a princess style gown of polyester sheer over taffeta, with a Victorian bodice with lace ruffle and pearl trim. Her matching headpiece secured a fingertip veil. She carried a cascade of white and orange roses.

Miss Renee Stecynski, R.R. 2, Stratford, was maid of honor, and Mrs. Donnie Bangart, R.R. 1, Auburndale, and Miss Cathy Klemme, Stratford, were bridesmaids. They were seen in gowns of loral print with fuffled necklines and A-line skirts. They carried bouquets of musm and wood roses.

Mr. Tom Rueth, R.R. 1, Loyal, was best man, with Don Bangart, R.R. 1, Auburndale, and Roger Rueth, R.R. 1, Loyal, were groomsmen.

Performing ushering duties were Steve Klemme, Stratford, and Ralph Rueth, R.R. 1, Loyal.

Miss Linda Klemme was organist and Paul Hale was vocalist.

A reception was held at the VFW Hall in Stratford, and a supper at St. Joseph's Hall, Stratford, with a dance at the VFW Hall in Stratford.

The bride is a 1971 graduate of Stratford High School, and a 1972 graduate of NCTI, Wausau, and is employed at Land O'Lakes, Spencer.

The groom attended Loyal High School, served in the U.S. Army for two years, and is employed at Land O'Lakes, Spencer.

After a wedding trip to South Dakota, they will make their home at R.R. 1, Loyal.
