Miss Linda Johnson, daughter of Dr. J. Johnson, Withee (Clark Co., Wis.), was
capped during a recent consecration service for sophomore nursing students at
Andrews University, Berrien Springs, Michigan.
The consecration service signified the dedication of the students who took the
Nightingale Pledge at that time.
Andrew's Nursing students spend their junior year at the AU extension campus at
Hinsdale Sanitarium and Hospital, Hinsdale, Illinois. They then return to the
university for continued study and laboratory experiences in local health and
agencies during their senior year.
Andrews University is operated by the Seventh Day Adventist denomination and
consists of the four-year liberal arts college, the School of Graduate Studies,
and the SDA Theological Seminary.
