Olivier, Nora (1 SEP 1896 – 25 FEB 1973)

Nora Olivier, 76, of route 2, Withee (Clark Co., Wis.), died at 6:30 p.m. Sunday, February 25, 1973 at the Havenet Nursing Home in Owen.

Services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, March 1 at the Kraut-Maurina Funeral Home in Owen, with Grayton Becker of the Marshfield Christian Science Church, officiating. Burial will be made in Newport, Ohio.

Visitations were held after 3 p.m. Wednesday at the Kraut-Maurina Funeral Home.

The former Nora Altwater was born September 1, 1896 at Newport, Ohio, and was a graduate of the Ohio State University at Columbus. She was a teacher for music recital students and had been a singer and musical entertainer most of her life. She had ben making her home with her daughter, Mrs. Joseph (Terri) Rohanna, of route 2, Withee.

Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Joseph (Terri) Rohanna of route 2, Withee; a sister, Estella Johnston of Shawnee Mission, Kansas; and a grandchild.

Preceding her in death were four brothers and two sisters.

She was a member of the Christian Science Church at Mt. Lebanon, Pennsylvania, and of the mother church at Boston, Massachusetts. Shew as also a member of the Tuesday Musical Club at Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
