Vogt, David (1947? - 11 DEC 2018)
David Vogt, 71, passed away on Tuesday, Dec. 11, 2018 at his home under the care
of Hope Hospice. There will be no services, per his request.
David was born and lived all his life in the Medford and Little Black area. He
attended Holy Rosary Catholic School and Medford High School. He married Lynn
Rogers at Holy Rosary Church on Jan. 5, 1974.
After his education he worked at Wick Building in Spencer and then Tombstone
Pizza until his retirement. He was working part-time for Black River Industries
as a bus driver. David enjoyed hunting, fishing, putting puzzles together and
traveling. His favorite place was California. He especially liked working on
vintage cars and could always be found in his shop wrenching. He loved cats,
especially the family cat, Max.
David is survived by his wife, Lynn; his son, Brandon; sister, Judi Vogt of
Murfreesboro, Tenn.; brother, John (Jean) Vogt of Tomahawk; sisters-in-law,
Donna Vogt, Betty Krahn (Les) and Sandra (Rich) Sydness.
David was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Gerry, Joe and Ray; and
sisters, Janice and Carm.
