Chancellor Leonard Haas presided and gave the charge to the graduates at the
1973 Spring Commencement at the University of Wisconsin, Eau Claire on Thursday,
May 17, 1973 at 2 p.m. in the Arena.
Ginger Lee Gay, daughter of Frank Gay, Route 1, Withee, received her Bachelor of
Arts Degree in Education. She was a member of the Speech and Hearing Club.
