On Sunday Mr. and Mrs. Toivo Kallio took their daughter Debbie to Camp Wipigaki
at Lac du Flambeau, where she and Laurel Klabon will be employed for the summer.
On Friday Mrs. Myrl Ludwig took a plane from Mosinee, flying to Grand Rapids,
Michigan, where she joined her son and family, Mr. and Mrs. Donald Ludwig on a
motor vacation, which took them up into Canada and to the Makinac bridge. She
returned home on Sunday.
Henry Wollum’s Niece and husband, Mr. and Mrs. John De Verger of York,
Pennsylvania left Friday after having visited here for a wee, and also enjoyed
camping out at Lake Holcombe. The previous Thursday Henry Wollum entertained his
neighbors at a Blitz party, as a farewell to the couple.
Mr. and Mrs. Henry Scheel spent the weekend in Rhinelander at the home of their
son Bob and family.
Mr. and Mrs. Jack Rienck and family visited his parents in Chippewa Falls over
the weekend.
