Mr. and Mrs. J.R. Barager learned the latter part of last week that their son, St. James Barager, who has been stationed the past two years at March AFB, Riverside, California, was promoted to the rank of Captain on Thursday of last week.

The latter part of August he and his family leave from Brindal, Italy on a two and one-half years tour of duty, where he will serve as chief procurement officer.
