Heideman, Walter B. (6 NOV 1905 – 5 JUL 1973)
Funeral services for Walter B. Heideman, a resident of the town of Hixon (Clark
Co., Wis.) for 67 years, were conducted Monday, July 9, 1973 at St. John's
Lutheran Church, Withee, with Pastor Allan Krahn officiating. Burial was made at
Riverside Cemetery.
Serving as pallbearers were Lester Bruckschlager, Harry Bruckschlager, Fred
Rohland, Otto Rohland, Clarence Nielsen and Richard Marty.
Mr. Heideman passed away in his sleep at his home on the July 5, 1973. He was 67
years of age, being born November 6, 1905 in the town of Hixon.
He attended the Frenchtown School, and then farmed in the town of Hixon, where
he also served four years on the Town Board.
On February 14, 1936 he married the former Selma May Blom, who mourns his
passing, as does a son, Wayne, at home; a daughter, Mrs. Robert (Sharon) List,
Appleton; a sister, Mrs. William (Hilda) Dills, Medford; and a brother, Harold
Heideman of Withee.
