Gladys Bradshaw (30 Jul 1910 - 16 Oct 2000)

Gladys Gipp Bradshaw, 90, Fremont, Calif., formerly of rural Dorchester, died at her residence on Oct. 16, 2000.

Graveside services were on Oct. 21 at Dorchester Memorial Cemetery. The Rev. Jerome Freimuth presided. Funeral Services were held on Oct. 19 at the Prince of Peace Lutheran Church in Fremont, Calif.

The former Gladys Edwards was born on July 30, 1910, rural Dorchester, the daughter of Ida and Alfred Edwards. Her first marriage was to George Gipp. He died in 1975. She later married Ted Bradshaw and he died in 1986.

Gladys lived in Missouri before moving to Fremont in 1976.

Survivors include two daughters, Georgene (Gene) Gilbertson, Fremont, Calif., and Nancy (Bob) Fadhl, Vancouver, Wash.; one sister, Margaret Grazis, Fla.; one sister-in-law, Esther Gipp, Dorchester; 11 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by two husbands; one daughter, Janet Gipp in 1936; two sons, James Gipp in 1947, and Jack Gipp in 1989.
