Catherine C. Michlig (16 Feb 1904 – 25 Aug 1999)

Catherine C. (nee Handrick) Michlig, 95, Abbotsford, died Aug. 25, 1999, at the Continental Manor Nursing Home in Abbotsford.

Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at St. Bernard’s Catholic Church.  Burial will be in Abbotsford Public Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. today at Maurina Funeral Home.

She was born Feb.16, 1904, in Halder.  She was a homemaker and farmed in the Town of Mayville, rural Curtiss.

Surviving are four sons, Jerome (Doreen) Michlig of Colby, Lavern (Beatrice) Michlig of Dorchester, Hilarian “Mick” (Mona) Michlig of Curtiss and David (Beverly) Michlig of Abbotsford; one daughter, Mary Ann (Donald) Frane of Gilman; 25 grandchildren, 56 great-grandchildren and seven great-great grandchildren.
