Ryan Lee Molitor (29 July 1983 – 14 Oct 1999)

 

Ryan Lee Molitor, 16, Dorchester, died on Oct. 14, 1999, at St. Joseph’ Hospital in Marshfield from injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident.

 

Funeral services were held Monday, Oct.18, at St. Louis Catholic Church in Dorchester, with Rev. Father James Schaefer presiding. Burial was in the Dorchester Memorial Cemetery.

 

Ryan Lee Molitor was born on July 29, 1983, in Marshfield, the son of Jeffery and Annette (Baehr) Molitor.  He attended Dorchester Elementary School and was s sophomore at Colby High School at the time of his death.  Ryan enjoyed farming and was employed with area farmers. Ryan was a member of St. Louis Catholic Church.

 

Survivors include his parents, Jeff and Annette Molitor of Dorchester; sister Melissa Molitor and brother Adam Molitor, both of Dorchester; Paternal grandparents, Mark and Sharon Molitor of Dorchester; paternal great-grandfather, Clifford Marcott of Colby; maternal grandparents, Allen and Shirley Baehr of Owen, and maternal great-grandmother, Elizabeth “Jane” Geiger of Colby.

 

He was preceded in death by his great-grandmother, Elizabeth Marcott and great-grandfather, Bernard Geiger.

 

Pallbearers were Shawn Decker, Jamie Decker, Rudy Zoellick, Alan Blasel, David Baehr and Ken Welch.
