Randall, Rosalie M. (Lussmyer) Baxter (17 NOV 1934 - 18 JAN 2019)
Rosalie M. Randall, 84 of Ladysmith, died on Friday, January 18, 2019 at Care &
Rehab - Ladysmith.
She is survived by her daughter Barbara Baxter of Massena, NY, son Joseph
(Shirley) Randall of Hawkins, grandson Jesse (Julie) Randall of Fremont,
great-grandson James Randall also of Fremont and many nieces and nephews.
Her memorial gathering will be held at St. Mary's Catholic Church Hall in
Hawkins on Sunday, February 24, 2019 from 2:00 to 4:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to the American Legion
Auxiliary or the American Cancer Society. Interment will be at St. Patrick's
Cemetery in Sheffield, IL.

Rosalie M. Randall, 84 of Ladysmith, died on Friday, January 18, 2019 at Care &
Rehab - Ladysmith. She was born on November 17, 1934 to Edward and Adeline (Karch)
Lussmyer in Sheffield, IL, the youngest of nine children. She graduated from
Tony High School.
Rosalie married Roger Baxter, they had two children and later divorced. She then
married Harvey Randall of Cornell, they had one son and later divorced.
She worked at the Northern Center in Chippewa Falls and then moved to Madison
where she worked at Central Office for the State of Wisconsin as a Payroll
Specialist. Her passion was helping Veterans through her work with the American
Legion Auxiliary, where she served in many posts from President of her Local
Unit 353 to President of the Department of Wisconsin and as National Executive
Committee Woman. She volunteered for many years at the Wisconsin VA Hospitals
until her health failed. She spent her final years back in Rusk County.
She is survived by her daughter Barbara Baxter of Massena, NY, son Joseph
(Shirley) Randall of Hawkins, grandson Jesse (Julie) Randall of Fremont,
great-grandson James Randall also of Fremont and many nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents, 8 siblings and son Roger Baxter, Jr.
Her memorial gathering will be held at St. Mary's Catholic Church Hall in
Hawkins on Sunday, February 24, 2019 from 2:00 to 4:00 PM.
