The first large social event of the season took place at the Fayette Hotel last
Thursday evening when Mmes. Musselman, Loeb, Dumbufsky and Miss Ryan entertained
some fifty guests at a seven o’clock four course dinner.
The large dining hall was filled with small tables to accommodate the number,
and after dinner the evening was spent at cards.
The prizes consisted of cut glass pieces that were awarded to Mrs. Bauman, and
Mrs. Karz.
