Christopher Irvin was the name given to the infant son of Mr. and Mrs. Bill Goessl of Greenwood (Clark Co., Wis.), Sunday, December 20, 1973, when he was baptized. The Rev. Kurt Sampson of the United Church of Christ performed the baptismal during the 10:30 service. Sponsors were Mr. and Mrs. Dale Bower of Anoka, Minnesota, and Mr. and Mrs. Richard Goessl of Withee.

A dinner followed the service at the home of the grandmother, Mrs. Phyllis Wenzel. Others attending were Mr. and Mrs. Heb Goessl and children Kathy and Danny, and Mr. and Mrs. Eino Walkama of Curtiss.
