Mr. and Mrs. Lorna L. Miss Lorna L. Miller, rural Owen (Clark Co., Wis.), has
been accepted for a one year internship in Medical Technology at Freeport
Memorial Hospital, Freeport, Illinois, starting this August. Miss Miller is
currently a student at the University of Wisconsin, Platteville, where she is
completing the program necessary to intern this fall.
During her college years, Miss Miller was active in the Society of Medical
Technologists, Talent Search, and Gamma Phi Beta Sorority. While being a member
of the sorority, she served as historian, house president, public relations
chairman, and won the Outstanding Active Award for Fall 1972.
Miss Miller is a 1970 graduate of Owen-Withee High School.
