Arts and crafts members of the Woodgrove Workers 4-H Club attended the
Indianhead Art Fair held at the London Mall over the weekend. Leaders providing
transportation were Sharon Laube, Harriet Laube and Wendell Steiner.
Mrs. Minnie Laube, Mrs. Martha Schwarze and Mrs. Sal Churkey flew to Oloha,
Oregon on Friday to attend the funeral of their brother, Ted Franz.
Terry Laube arrived home Wednesday of last week to spend the semester break with
his family. He is attending the UW, Superior as a freshman.
Mrs. Mae Mrotek spent the past weekend with her son Pat Mrotek, Cadott, helping
them move into their new home. Also in Cadott for the weekend was her son Claire
and family of Rochester, Minnesota.
Miss Marilyn Makovec returned to her studies at the voacation school in Wausau,
after spending the past week of semester break with her family.
Mr. and Mrs. Emory Starks visited Saturday afternoon at the Eugene Budzinski
home.
