Schwandt, Inga (12 JUL 1891 – 18 APR 1974)
Services were held at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 20, 1974 at St. Paul's Lutheran
Church, Curtiss for Mrs. Inga Schwandt, 82, who died early Thursday morning at
Continental Manor Nursing Home in Abbotsford, where she had been residing for
the past six months.
The Rev. Roger Tellock, pastor, officiated at the Saturday service, and burial
was made in the church cemetery. Lulloff Funeral Home was in charge of
arrangements.
A native of Curtiss (Clark Co., Wis.), the former Inga Klemetson was born July
12, 1891. After her marriage to Glenn Schwandt on September 24, 1919, at
Bemidji, Minnesota, they moved to Curtiss in 1921 and operated a general
merchandise store there for many years.
Preceding her in death were her husband in 1966, and a brother.

Funeral services were held Saturday, April 20, 1974 at 11 a.m. at St. Paul’s
Lutheran Church, Curtiss for Mrs. Inga Schwandt, 82, who died Thursday morning
at Continental Manor Nursing Home, Abbotsford.
The Rev. Roger Tellock officiated at the service, and interment was made in St.
Paul’s Lutheran Cemetery at Curtiss.
The former Inga Klemetson was born July 12, 1891 at Curtiss, daughter of the
late Mr. and Mrs. John Klemetson. Her marriage to Glenn Schwandt took place
September 24, 1919 at Bemidji, Minnesota.
The couple moved to Curtiss in 1921, where they operated a general merchandise
store for many years. She had lived in Curtiss since that time, moving to
Continental Nursing Home in October 1973.
She was a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church.
She is survived by a brother-in-law, a sister-in-law, four nieces and three
nephews.
Mr. Schwandt died in 1966, and a brother, Morris Klemetson, also preceded her in
death.
