David Mills, son of Mr. and Mrs. Arlyn Mills earned a first place trophy for
racing in the Pinewood Derby at Scot Expo 74, hel at the McConnell High School,
Chippewa Falls on April 27, 1974. This is the second consecutive year in which
David has won the event. Over 60 cub scouts from the White Pine District
participated in the Derby.
