Kaltinger, Lucille M. (5 ARPR 1928 – 15 FEB 2019)

Eau Claire - Lucille M. Kaltinger, of Eau Claire, formerly of Willard, WI, passed away on February 15, 2019, at Dove Healthcare West, under the care of Mayo Clinic Home Health and Hospice.

Lucille was born April 5, 1928, in Duluth, MN, to Louis and Mary (Perko) Landini. She graduated from Bowen High School in Chicago, IL, then attended nurse's training at South Chicago Community Hospital. She moved to Willard where she met and married Alvin (Beanie) Kaltinger. They farmed for 45 years. Lucille also worked as an operating room nurse at St. Joseph's Hospital in Marshfield for many years.

Lucille is survived by four daughters, Mary (Marty Shugarts) Kaltinger of Eagan, MN, Candace (Stephen) Johnson of Eau Claire, Karen (Craig) Timm of Seattle, WA, and Susan (Steve Grant) Kaltinger, of Annandale, MN; four grandchildren, Daniel Shugarts of St. Paul, MN, Hannah and Colin Timm of Seattle, WA, and Megan Johnson of Eau Claire; brother and sister-in-law, Louis and Gwen Landini of Greenwood, WI, sister-in-law, Kay Landini, of Greenwood, special cousin Jim Perko, and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 45 years, Alvin, her parents, her sister Virginia, and her brothers, Robert, Richard, and Ralph.

Lucille's family would like to thank the staff at Dove Healthcare West and Mayo Clinic Home Health and Hospice for the care they provided Lucille in the last months of her life.

As requested by Lucille, there will be no services.
