Mr. and Mrs. Orville Thorson of St. Louis Park, Minnesota visited here over the
weekend at the home of her sister and brother-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. John Lokken
in Curtiss, and enjoyed seeing many old friends during Owen's Appreciation Days.
Mr. and Mrs. Norman Erickson and children Peggy, Rick and Thomas of Stoughton
visited with Art Wolfram at his home Saturday and Sunday, and at the Cornel
Erickson home in Curtiss.
Weekend guests of Dr. and Mrs. G.R. Scharer, coming for the wedding of Galen
Scharer and Lori Gajewsky, were Clara Mielke and Charles Scharer of Monroe, Mr.
and Mrs. Mike Turner and daughter Char Ann and Kimberly of White Bear Lake,
Minnesota, Dennis Brahmer and his mother, Mrs. Evelyn Brahmer, and Joan of
Elderon, Mr. and Mrs. James Scharer, Verona, Mr. and Mr.s Art Elliott, Elderon,
Mr. and Mrs. Mike Gilbertson, Waukesha, Mr. and Mrs. Al Tschudy, Hayward, Mr.
and Mrs. Merle Cornell, Appleton, Mr. and Mrs. Gerald Rinehart, Rib Lake, Dr.
R.L. Barnes, Greenwood, and Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Miller, Wausau.
Mr. and Mrs. Roger A. Perzinski, Marsha dn Kenny of Stevvens Point spent a few
days at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Sachs in Owen.
Marsha and Kenny Perzinski of Stevens Point visited with Mary Blazer Sunday
morning.
Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Sullivan of Sheffield, Iowa spent all of last week visiting
at the home of Mr. and Mrs. C.E. Melbinger, and with other relatives and friends
in the area. They left Sunday for Rochester, Minnesota, where Mrs. Sullivan will
go through the Clinic.
