Steiner, Kevin (FFA Award - 1975)
Ten outstanding Wisconsin FFA members have been selected by the Wisconsin
association of FFA, as the Sectional Star Agribusinessmen award recipients,
according to Floyd J. Doering, state FFA advisor. Included in that group was
Kevin Steiner of Granton.
The award recognizes the ten FFA members whose supervised agricultural
occupational experience programs are in an agricultural related business. To be
eligible for recognition as Sectional Star Agribusinessman, the candidate must
also meet the requirements of the Wisconsin State Farmer Degree, the highest
degree of membership given by the Wisconsin association.
As Sectional Star Agribusinessman from their respective sections, each will
receive a trophy and pin, plus a chance for competition for the five Are Star
Agribusinessmen awards; one of these five will be named the Wisconsin State Star
Agribusinessman.
The winners of the Area and State Star Agribusinessmen awards will be announced
at the state FFA convention, June 10-12, at Green Lake.
