Nelson, Debra (13 JUL 1974)

Ascension Lutheran Church, Milwaukee, was the setting for the marriage of Debra Nelson and John Kile on Saturday, July 13, 1974 at a two o'clock ceremony.

Parents of the bride are Mr. and Mrs. James Gagnan of Milwaukee, and the parents of the groom are Mr. and Mrs. Elvin Kile, Owen (Clark Co., Wis.).

The bride was given in marriage by her parents, wore a traditional entrained floor length white gown of summer satin and Chantilly lace, with a fingertip veil attached to a floral headpiece.

Miss Barbara Mertens, Thorp, was maid of honor, dressed in a full-length light green summer satin, with a matching headpiece of flowers. Miss Nancy Woodworth, Milwaukee, bridesmaid, wore a identical gown.

Gordon Niemi, Withee, was best man, and William Smasal, Withee, the groomsman.

A reception and dance were held at the Seib Hall, Milwaukee, following the ceremony.
