Miss Barbara Ann Seefeld, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Dale Seefeld of route 1,
Unity, and Wayne Lee Timm of route 1, Unity, exchanged wedding vows at Trinity
Lutheran Church, Unity Clark Co., Wis.), on Saturday , November 8, 1969. Pastor
Robert Sutherland officiated at the 1 p.m. ceremony.
The bride's attendants included JoAnne Smith from Iowa, matron of honor; Barbara
Hein of Owen, and Judy Schorer of Loyal. Attending the groom were Douglas
Seefeld of Unity, best man; and Darrell Elpert of Loyal and Less Tim of Unity as
groomsmen.
Guests were ushered by Bob Schmitt of Unity and Denny Peeper of Loyal.
The bride wore a dark blue, high waisted, short sleeved dress with a blue veil.
Her flowers were carnations with blue trim.
Her attendants wore sheath dresses with long nylon sleeves. Colors were blue,
pink, and tan. Their flowers were carnations with trim.
The wedding was followed by a reception at Unity Hall from 2 to 4 p.m. A dance
was held at the home from 9 to 1. The wedding and other activities were attended
by 200 guests.
The groom, who attended the Colby school, is employed as a farmer. The bride, a
1968 graduate of the Colby High School, was formerly employed in a factory.
The couple will make their home at route 1, Unity.
Guests at the wedding were from Colby, Unity, Abbotsford, Spencer, Owen, Loyal,
Junction City, Neenah, Greely, Iowa, Dorchester and Madison.
